On 24 March 2016, the 8th meeting of the first session of the board was held at the room 518 in conch international conference center. The chairman of Conch Venture Mr Guo Jingbin conducted the meeting. The independent non-executive directors(“INED”) Mr Chan Chi On, Mr Chan Kai Wing, Mr Lau Chi Wah, the executive directors Mr Ji Qinying, Mr Li Jian, Mr Li Daming attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed and approved about 10 resolutions, including 2015 accounting report, 2015 results announcement, 2015 annual report, 2015 internal control report, 2015 annual profit distribution plan, 2015 annual general manager report and so on.
Mr Ji Qinying, the CEO of Conch Venture, reported the operation situation in 2015 and the work plan in 2016.
At the meeting, all the directors seriously reviewed every resolution, deeply discussed with each other, and brought up some reasonable advice and requests.
Mr Guo Jingbin made the conclusion and showed his gratitude to the directors present. He pointed that energy-saving and environmental-protection industials are the new industrials to our country and have already showed great potential. Municipal waste incineration via cement kiln, disposal of solid and hazardous waste by cement kiln and great furnace projects are all according with relevant industrial policies. The Board is quite satisfied with the results aquired by the company.
