On November 13, 2019, Conch Venture and the People's Government of Pingliang City successfully signed Solid Waste Treatment Project and Waste Incineration Power Generation Project. The project is planned to construct a 2 × 500 ton / day waste incineration power generation project and a 100 ton / day kitchen waste treatment system, as well as a cement kiln solid waste treatment project.
The signing ceremony was held at Guangcheng Hotel in Pingliang. Yang Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the Pingliang Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee; Yang Weizhou, deputy mayor of the municipal government; Shi Xuanze, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government and person in charge of the relevant departments ; Ji Qinying, the general manager, Fan Changhong,the general manager of Pingliang Conch, Zhang Bangzhi, Wang Jianli witnessed the signing. He pointed out that in order to create a cleaner, more tidy and beautiful urban living environment, the waste incineration power generation project in Pingliang City and the solid waste treatment project are a comprehensive solution to the domestic waste in the central urban area and surrounding towns And kitchen waste treatment problems. He requested that the municipal and district governments and relevant departments should take the initiative to follow up the project with all their strength, do a good job of project service, coordinate and solve the difficulties in the process of project advancement in a timely manner, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Before the project was signed, General Manager Ji Qinying, accompanied by relevant person went to the project site for a survey. Based on the actual situation, General Manager Ji Qinying provided guidance and arrangement on matters such as land acquisition surveying, road construction, and general plan optimization, and required that the preparatory work for the project be completed as soon as possible.
