Conch venture has devoted itself to develop its main business since it had listed in HongKong last year. In the first half of 2014, the Company decided to cooperate with New World Environmental Services Group in respect of disposal project of solid waste by cement kiln in order to fully use the advantage on municipal waste incineration technology to develop upstream-downstream industries of disposing solid waste by cement kiln and also to maintain the healthy growth of the Company. On 1 August 2014, Conch venture entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with New World Environmental Services Group in Qingdao city.
New World Environmental Services Group has engaged in disposing solid waste for more than 10 years, built up several solid waste disposal centers in many provinces such as Shandong, Shaanxi, Qinghai and so on. The agreement said that the project will be invested by one of Conch venture’s subsidiaries, Wuhu Conch investment Co. Ltd. which will register a whole new company in Qian county to make use of Qian county Conch cement Co.’s cement clinker production line to build up the solid waste disposal system, and New World Environmental Services Group will be responsible of the collection, transfer and transport of the waste and pay for the disposal of Conch venture.
In the afternoon of 7 August 2014, “ The Cooperation Agreement about solidl Waste disposal Project in Qian County” was officially signed by the government in Qian county and Wuhu Conch Investment Co. Ltd. in Conch international conference center.
Before the signing, the chairman of Conch venture Mr Guo Jingbin met the secretary of people’s government in Qian county Mr Liu Yongfeng and his delegation.
During the investigation period in Anhui province, Mr Liu Yongfeng and his delegation watched the Company’s documentary film and visited the exhibition hall, Conch Kawasaki Equipment Manufacturing Co. to learn about Company’s history and development of its main business in detail.
